Shipping policy
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States. We offer $5 flat rate (for AU, NZ, and US orders) and £5 flat rate standard shipping (for UK orders). No code needed, automatically applied at checkout.
FREE standard shipping applies to:
- Australia = minimum order $100 AUD
- New Zealand = minimum order $125 NZD
- United States = minimum order $70 USD

United Kingdom = minimum order £52 GBP
Shipping times:
- Australia = 5-19 business days
- New Zealand = 7-18 business days
- United States = 5-11 business days
- United Kingdom = 4-7 business days
Shipping times for all Print-On-Demand products generally take longer as products made to order, so there are generally two different tracking numbers provided if you have a mixture of items in your cart.
Please allow a few extra days for rural and remote areas.
Order processing takes 1–3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays. Eco Estética is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@ecoestetica.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
