Refund policy

We want you to love what you've ordered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ecoestetica.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
